Inner City New Build

After living in a succession of Victorian houses that we renovated over the years, our client wanted to build a completely new residence and purchased a derelict house to knock down. Due to lengthy delays with planning approvals, after 6 years the project nearly folded, however with tenacity and perseverance, it was finally completed to our client’s exacting standards. The brief was all about simplicity, colour and contemporary elegance.
